Jurnal SHARE memfokuskan pada materi kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen, praktisi maupun mahasiswa. Secara filosofis, “jati diri“ jurnal dapat dimaknai sebagai berikut: 1. “SHARE“ merupakan akronim dari SHaring – Action – REflection yang berarti “berbagi, tindakan dan refleksi“. Ini memiliki makna sebuah proses yang berkelanjutan. 2. Kata “SHARE“ sendiri berarti berbagi. Ini mengisyaratkan 4 hal prinsip: a. Hakekat dari hidup adalah berbagi dengan sesama. b. Ilmu pengetahuan bersifat universal sehingga haruslah dibagi dan diabdikan. c. Panggilan seorang pendidik adalah membagi ilmu dan pengalaman dengan sesama pendidik, mahasiswa dan masyarakat. d. Berbagi merupakan pengejawantahan nilai-nilai kristiani. 3. Penggunaan warna biru mewakili makna kestabilan dan intelegency sehingga media ini diharapkan terbit secara rutin, konsisten dengan makna filosofis yang disandangnya, bersubstansi ilmiah dan mewakili kecerdasan intelektual penulisnya

Abstract

Service Learning activities has been implemented as Children’s Architecture subject teaching methods, which has been devided into 3 learning steps: theory development, public space exploration, and live in activity at Tutur Village, Nongkojajar Pasuruan as the application of it. In the process of learning, students do not only serve public services to the society, but they try to understand and analyse the real social problem that being faced by the society. Students will learn solving the problem and giving suggestion to them as a statement of partnership in PAUD Baithani Tengger in Tutur Village, Nongkojajar Service Learning activity.

Abstract

The community service was conducted to introduce multimedia-based teaching or in class communication method. The program is targeting Sunday school teachers or known as Pamong Kebaktian Anak (Kid’s church) at GKJW Madiun Lor in Madiun and GKJW Rungkut in Surabaya. The class emphasised on the use of verbal and nonverbal communication method, or traditional media. Nowadays the development of multimedia has touched the children and teenagers who learn informal religion education of Sunday School. Through this activity, we tried to introduce the use of multimedia, such as laptop, tablet and video clip application in the teaching process. The first stage is to know the characteristic of the children or target audience. The next stage is to introduce the multimedia application.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to optimize the performance of SMEs managers of shoes financial governance, marketing and the ability to utilize technology and marketing information. Method of execution by combining classical training, mentoring and computer support to stimulate shoe business managers to implement training materials. Training and mentoring successfully improving the management capabilities of SMEs of shoes, although still not optimal, in the financial governance, marketing methods and website utilization for marketing.

Abstract

This article describes the community service activity that has been carried out by Petra’s Department of Architectureunder full support of LPPM Petra. Healthy and Functional Toilet Socialization in Surabaya activity comes in the form of video playback and comic distribution to the people in two villages of The Residents of Surabaya’s River Bank Community and two elementary schools around District of Ngagel. This activity is done to support the East Java Provincial Government to actualize defecation free area in East Java. This socialization is considered very critical looking at the lack of awareness of citizens in culturing healthy and functional toilet.

Abstract

Recycling polyvinylchlorida pipe (PVC) or paralon to a trowel can be a tool to emerge from the economic downturn as well as forming cekom (cethok komunitas). Service learning activities by the Business Information Systems class is expected for students to improve their ability to interact with local community, to do a SWOT analysis, to develop a simple bookkeeping, to promote the trowel through a blog that is useful for the business community to develop their business.
